Join our dedicated team! We are seeking an experienced, full-time Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional service in our busy ophthalmology office.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Processing payments and discussing patient accounts
- Verifying insurance and handling related documentation
- Performing general office duties, including photocopying, faxing, and data entry
- Providing outstanding customer service and conflict resolution when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with handling payments and discussing financial matters with patients
- High level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a medical office or customer service role
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on patient care
